My One And Only gathers its strength from Southern soul mixed with curious grittiness. They've honed their sound in individual crucibles on stage, TV, radio, solo recording, engineering and producing. The merger brings true-to-life lyrics that bid you to wander through hidden scenes in their lives - to find heart, emotions, the real. Blanket the raw with hollow-body guitars and home-grown harmonies, and My One And Only's music cuts through. My One And Only released their debut recording, entitled “The Past Year”, produced by Grammy Award-nominated Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes). They have played stages throughout the U.S., as well as touring Uganda, Africa, and have both graced the stage of the famed Ryman Auditorium in their hometown of Nashville."

About the Band:
Specializing in the Grateful Dead’s catalog and sound from 1969 through the late 1970s, Winterland pulls you back in time to a place where the Dead’s rhythm andblues, folk and country roots were still deeply embedded in their music even as they explored the wild and experimental outer reaches of psychedelic rock. More importantly, though, Winterland channels the music of the Grateful Dead with uncanny authenticity, a sublime fidelity to the Dead’s musicianship, tonality and, in particular, emotional relationship with the audience. Walk into any given Winterland show and witness firsthand: every face is radiant, reflecting the elation of sharing — with the band and with each other — the pure, innovative, beautifully complex music of the Dead. This interconnectedness, which breaks down the barriers between people and music and allows everyone to become collaborators in an elusive web of fleeting, living art, represents an essential unity of musical experience. In other words, what Winterland has attained has proven to be a microcosm of the feat that the Grateful Dead of the late ‘60s to the late ‘70s achieved and escalated to a full-fledged cultural phenomenon. It is a thing of subtle and wily magic, not to be missed.
Come and see what all our homebrewers have been barrel aging! They offer free samples and sage wisdom on brewing beer (maybe a few jokes too)! Stay for dinner because why not!

Big Smoosh (Adambier, 10% abv) - Named for the feline friend of brewer Robert; Big Smoosh is an almost extinct German-style strong ale that is dark in color but super smooth and exhibits a touch of barrel character along with a dark, rich tannic acidity from spending 5 months lounging with some dark sour cherries.
About the band:
Formed in 1998, Dr. Z's Experiment began as a jazz trio at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA. They have since grown to become a 5 piece Fusion/Rock/Jazz/Reggae/Funk/Experimental group. Dr. Z's Experiment is known for their blistering live performances - and more specifically for their improvisational jams that seamlessly transition between songs and genres.
Nebraska natives, The Wildwoods, a five piece band from Lincoln, NE, bring a pioneering sound to Americana Roots Music. Formed in 2012, The Wildwoods released their first album, “A Little Sweeter”, in 2014 and have since released two more albums independently: “Take A Chance” (2016) and “Sweet Nostalgia” (2017). The two lead vocalists of the group, Noah and Chloe Gose, also released a Duo EP titled “Birdie and Goose” in late 2017.
Following the successful release of their album “Sweet Nostalgia” the Wildwoods have opened for touring bands such as Elephant Revival, The Von Trapps, and Jamie Wyatt. They continue to tour regionally throughout the Midwest and Mountain States. The group was nominated in 2016 & 2017 by the Omaha Arts and Entertainment Awards as one of the top Americana Folk Bands in the area, and in 2017 as Local Album of the year for their album “Sweet Nostalgia”. In December 2017, they performed live as part of the Paste Music & Daytrotter Sessions. The Wildwoods also prove to be talented songwriters in 2017, The Wildwood’s song “Way of Train”, made the semi-finals in the International Songwriting competition along with “Dance with Me” in 2016. Two of their songs also placed in the top 10 of the 2015 Omaha Performing Arts Songwriting Competition.
The following is what media had to say about The Wildwoods:
“The Wildwoods know exactly what kind of music they want to make. It's not often we hear a sound this focused...The voices are very different in timbre and delivery, yet mix with each other perfectly...Bring a friend or go alone; either way you'll find yourself reminiscing on the good times and finding peace with the bad ones.” Words by Landon Kuhlmann, Paste Magazine & Daytrotter
“The young songwriting tandem of Chloe and Noah Gose harmonize like something out of the Depression Era, fitted with a certain weight yet warmly and triumphantly capable of lifting hearts regardless.” Andrew Stellman editor from Hear Nebraska
