Home-Baked Whiskey

This collaboration began and ended in the heart of Iowa. Wort from the Home-Baked recipe was produced at Lion Bridge Brewing and transported to Foundry Distilling Co. in Historic Valley Junction, where it was fermented, distilled, and barrel-aged. What began its life as one of Iowa's favorite stouts has become one of Iowa's favorite whiskeys. Aged 28 months in 30-gallon charred oak barrels.
