First Firkin Friday~ Raspberry Rhubarb Pie Wheat

The fun never stops at Lion Bridge.  This Month we took our newest beer, an American wheat and re fermented it with fresh rhubarb and raspberries alongside a small addition of lactose to bump up the body and sweetness.  Our bready and toasty wheat will be a perfect base for this refreshingly fruity and tart beer.  As always our chef is preparing something special to pair with this one.  Get here early, cause just like pie this beer won't last long.
